为什么德国退房这么复杂
德国租房法对租户保护很强，但退房也有严格的流程和义务。德国人对房子状态的要求远高于中国——墙上一个钉子洞都要补平，厨房油烟没清干净都可能被扣押金。
核心逻辑：房东把房子交给你时是什么状态，退房时你要尽量恢复到那个状态（正常使用痕迹除外）。
退房流程

| ⑤ 退还钥匙 | 所有钥匙——包括地下室、邮箱、大门 |
| ⑥ 等退押金 | 房东有 3-6 个月退还（需要等 Nebenkosten 年度结算） |
