会后，团队 lead 问他："Chen, du hast nichts gesagt — hattest du keine Meinung?"（你什么都没说——你没有想法吗？）
在中国，沉默 = 谦虚。在德国，沉默 =你没准备 / 你不关心 / 你没有价值。
