- 全额发工资
- 生病前 6 周，雇主付你全额工资
- 不需要解释病因
- 你不需要告诉老板你得了什么病。只说"我病了"就够了
- 医生不会拒绝开证明
- 你说不舒服，医生一般就开。1-3 天的小病他们不会质疑
- 度假时生病
- 去看医生拿 AU → 这些天不算年假
- 不要在病假期间发工作消息
- 你在休息，不要回邮件
请假流程
- 第 1 步
- 上班前打电话或发邮件通知主管："Ich bin heute krank."
- 前 1-3 天
- 通常不需要医生证明（看合同怎么写）
- 第 3 天起
- 需要 AU（Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigung，病假证明）
- 超过 6 周
- 雇主停付工资 → 保险公司支付 Krankengeld（约 70%）
坑 / 后果
- 带病上班
- 同事嫌弃你传染 · 不舒服就请假
- 忘了第一天通知上司
- 被认为旷工 · 上班前打电话或发邮件
- 病假期间发朋友圈出去玩
- 被同事看到 → 信任崩塌 · 病假就老实在家

小林，26 岁，感冒发烧 38.5 度。
在上海的时候，她吃两片药继续上班。到了德国，她也想带病上班。结果同事看她红着脸咳嗽，说："Geh bitte nach Hause, du steckst uns alle an!"（请回家，你会传染给我们！）
她的德国 mentor 后来跟她说："在德国，生病上班不是敬业，是不负责任。"
