- 到点就走
- 合同写 9-17 点，17:01 走人完全正常
- 下班后不发工作消息
- 发了 = 侵犯对方私人时间
- 收到消息不用回
- 第二天上班再回是正常行为
- 加班 ≠ 勤奋
- 在德国，天天加班可能被认为效率低
- 度假彻底断联
- 休假期间不看邮件是权利，不是偷懒

先听一个故事
小张，29 岁，从北京字节跳动跳到柏林一家科技公司。
第一周，他晚上 9 点给同事发了一条 Slack 消息问工作问题。第二天早上，同事回复："Hey, ich lese Nachrichten nach Feierabend nicht. Morgen früh gerne!"（嘿，我下班后不看消息。明天早上可以聊！）
小张有点尴尬。在字节，晚上 9 点不是还在工位上吗？
后来他学会了：在德国，下班后发工作消息 = 侵犯私人时间。
