三种情况，三种回应
- 确实做错了
- 虚心接受："Danke, ich überarbeite es."（谢谢，我会改。）
- 没听懂批评啥
- 追问具体："Könntest du mir ein Beispiel geben?"（能给个具体例子吗？）
- 批评不合理
- 有理有据地说明："Ich habe mich dafür entschieden, weil..."（我这样做是因为...）
核心原则
- 先听完
- 不要还没听完就开始解释
- 分清事实 vs 观点
- 事实错误 → 接受并改；方法分歧 → 可以讨论
- 不要情绪化
- 用数据和理由说话，不要用"我觉得你不公平"
先听一个故事
小马做了一份方案，上司说："Das Konzept hat drei Schwachstellen."（这个方案有三个弱点。）
小马花了 10 分钟解释为什么他是对的。上司越听越不耐烦，最后说："Überarbeite es bitte einfach."（请直接改一下。）
后来 mentor 告诉他："在德国，收到批评的正确反应是'谢谢，我改'——不是解释 10 分钟。"
一句话懂
收到批评时不要急着反应——先听清楚，再判断是哪种情况，然后选择对应的回应方式。不是所有批评都要默默接受，也不是所有批评都需要反驳。
