先听一个故事
小刘，26 岁，入职柏林一家科技公司第一天。
老板笑着说："Hi，ich bin Thomas, du kannst mich duzen!"（你可以用 Du 称呼我。）
小刘很开心，觉得公司很轻松。第二天去财务部报销，对 50 多岁的财务主管也用了 Du。对方脸色一变。
后来同事悄悄告诉他："财务部用 Sie。Thomas 给你的是他个人的许可，不是全公司的。"
一句话懂
Sie = 尊重，Du = 亲近。永远默认用 Sie，等对方主动提出用 Du。搞反了比叫错名字还尴尬。
