- Probezeit
- 试用期 · 通常 6 个月。期间双方可以2 周内解约
- Kündigungsfrist
- 离职通知期 · 法定最低 4 周，常见 1-3 个月。越短对你越有利
- Befristet / Unbefristet
- 固定期限 / 无固定期限 · 尽量拿 Unbefristet（永久合同），办居留更方便
- Arbeitszeit
- 每周工作时间 · 通常 40 小时。写 38.5 或 35 的是好公司
- Urlaubstage
- 年假天数 · 法定最低 20 天。好公司给28-30 天
- Gehalt
- 薪资 · 注意是 Brutto（税前）还是 Netto（税后）。合同写的一定是 Brutto

为什么必须逐条看合同
德国劳动合同是法律文件，不是走形式。合同里的每一条在发生争议时都有法律效力。跟中国不同的是，德国合同里经常有一些"隐藏条款"，如果你不看就签，可能在离职、薪资争议、调岗时吃大亏。
建议：拿到合同后，花 €150-300 请一位 Arbeitsrechtler（劳动法律师）审一遍。这是德国人自己也会做的事——不是不信任雇主，而是确保你的权益不被遗漏。
